Landing late, travelling with children, a parent who needs help, or simply a lot of luggage. A driver waiting with your name means no taxi queue and no explaining the address. Drop-offs for departing flights too.
What Pim needs from you
- Flight number and date, or the time you need to leave
- Which airport: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK)
- Where you're going: hotel, condo or another city
- How many people and bags, and any child seats
What Pim does
- Books a car or van sized for your group and luggage
- Tracks your flight so a delay doesn't matter
- Sends you the driver's name and contact
- Arranges longer trips to Pattaya or Hua Hin if that's where you're going

Good to know
Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang are far apart. Check your ticket. Low-cost carriers often fly from Don Mueang.
