We collect the name and email address you use to write to us, the subject and body of your messages, and any files you attach. If you have an AskPim account, we also collect the account email, business name, website, documents you upload, and technical logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use this information to receive and reply to support mail, to operate and secure the service, and to improve reliability. Automated replies are generated from the documents you provide. Mail we cannot answer is forwarded to your email.

Sharing

We share data with the processors that send and receive email and that run the application. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep messages and account data while the account is active and for a limited period after it is closed, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected]. Account holders can download their customer list (name, email, subject, and date) from the inbox.
