Terms of Service

The service

AskPim provides an inbox that can answer mail from the documents you upload. Automated answers are based only on those documents. Messages the system cannot answer are forwarded to your email.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email able to receive mail. You are responsible for the documents you upload and for the replies sent from your inbox address.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, to break the law, or to upload material you do not have the right to use. We may suspend an account that harms the service or other people.

Data

You retain rights in your documents and mail. You grant us a licence to process them only as needed to provide the service. You may export your customer list from the inbox.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Automated answers can be incomplete. AskPim remains responsible for customer relationships.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may change these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
