By using askpim.com or booking any service through Ask Pim, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or book a service.

1. What Ask Pim Is

Ask Pim is a marketplace that connects you with independent local assistants in Thailand. Biznitos Co., Ltd. operates the platform. Your assistant is either a direct contractor of Biznitos Co., Ltd. or an independent service provider matched through the platform. Ask Pim is not a licensed tour operator, immigration law firm, real estate agency, medical provider, or financial institution.

2. Nature of Services

Assistants provide practical, non-licensed help including translation, accompaniment to government offices, apartment viewings, research, phone calls on your behalf, hospital accompaniment, and general problem-solving. Assistants do not provide legal advice, medical diagnoses, financial planning, immigration consulting, or any service that requires professional licensure under Thai law. When your situation requires a licensed professional, your assistant will refer you to a vetted partner. That referral creates a separate relationship between you and the referred professional. Biznitos Co., Ltd. is not a party to that relationship and bears no liability for the referred professional's work.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are fixed before you confirm your booking. The price you see is the price you pay for the assistant's service. Additional costs may arise during a task, such as government fees, transportation, document fees, or third-party charges. These are your responsibility and are not included in the assistant's service fee. You will be informed of any such costs before they are incurred. Payment is collected before the service begins. Refund eligibility is described in Section 7.

4. Booking and Scheduling

When you submit a booking request, you will receive confirmation from the Ask Pim team within a few hours. Your assistant will contact you to arrange the date, time, and meeting point. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and scheduling is agreed upon. Ask Pim reserves the right to decline any booking request for any reason, including safety concerns, location limitations, or service scope.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate personal information when booking
Show up at the agreed time and location
Carry valid identification (passport or Thai ID) when required for the task
Treat your assistant with respect and professionalism
Not ask your assistant to do anything illegal, dangerous, or outside the agreed scope
Not solicit your assistant for services outside the Ask Pim platform for 12 months following your last booking

If you fail to show up without giving at least 12 hours notice, you forfeit the full service fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

This section is important. Read it carefully.

Biznitos Co., Ltd. provides a platform and matching service. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law:

No guarantee of outcomes. Your assistant will make best efforts, but Ask Pim does not guarantee that any government application will be approved, any apartment will be available, any bank account will be opened, or any specific result will be achieved. Outcomes depend on third parties (Thai government agencies, landlords, banks, hospitals) that Ask Pim does not control.
No liability for third-party actions. Ask Pim is not liable for the actions, decisions, delays, or errors of any government office, landlord, employer, medical provider, bank, or other third party your assistant interacts with on your behalf.
No liability for personal injury. If you are injured while traveling to, from, or during a task (including traffic accidents, slips, falls, or any other incident), Biznitos Co., Ltd. is not liable. You are responsible for your own travel, health, and personal insurance.
No liability for lost or stolen property. Your assistant is not responsible for your belongings. If documents, devices, or valuables are lost or stolen during a task, Biznitos Co., Ltd. is not liable.
No liability for immigration or legal consequences. If you overstay a visa, miss a deadline, or face legal consequences related to your immigration status, Biznitos Co., Ltd. is not liable, even if an assistant accompanied you to an immigration office. Your visa status is your responsibility. Assistants are not immigration lawyers.
Maximum liability cap. In any event, the total liability of Biznitos Co., Ltd. for any claim arising from your use of Ask Pim is limited to the service fee you paid for the specific booking in question.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

More than 24 hours before the scheduled task: Full refund.
12 to 24 hours before: 50% refund.
Less than 12 hours before or no-show: No refund.
Assistant cancellation: If Ask Pim cancels or cannot provide an assistant, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the completed task. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Biznitos Co., Ltd. on a case-by-case basis.

8. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire, contract, or solicit any Ask Pim assistant for work outside the platform for 12 months after your last booking. If you do, you agree to pay Biznitos Co., Ltd. a fee equal to 20,000 THB per incident as liquidated damages. This protects the assistants and the network that makes Ask Pim possible.

9. Data Collection and Use

When you use Ask Pim, you provide personal information (name, email, phone number, location, IP address, and details about your request). This data is used to match you with an assistant, deliver the service, and communicate with you. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Ask Pim to:

Request anything illegal under Thai law
Harass, threaten, or endanger an assistant
Submit false information or impersonate another person
Use the platform for any purpose that could expose Biznitos Co., Ltd. or its assistants to legal risk

Biznitos Co., Ltd. reserves the right to ban any user from the platform permanently, without refund, for violations of this section.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of Ask Pim or any service booked through the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a Thai court, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

12. Modifications

Biznitos Co., Ltd. may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Ask Pim after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
