Who asks Pim for this
A leaking or dead air-con in Bangkok is not something you can wait out. You might be renting a condo where the building's own technician speaks only Thai, staying in a serviced apartment over the weekend, or just tired of calling numbers off a sticker on the unit. Tell Pim the symptom. You don't need to know whether it's a blocked drain pipe, low refrigerant or a failed fan motor.
What Pim needs from you
- What the unit is doing: leaking, blowing warm air, making noise, showing an error light or not turning on
- How many units, and roughly how old they are if you know
- Your area or condo name, and whether the building needs a visitor booked with the front desk
- When someone can get in. Same-day is often possible
- A photo of the unit or the error code helps
What Pim does
- Books a technician who covers your area and can come when you're home
- Passes on the details so they arrive with the right parts
- Sends you the visit time and the quote before work starts
- Follows up afterwards to check the unit is working
Where
Pim gets this done in Bangkok, and gets things done in Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Koh Samui and Hua Hin too. Tell Pim where it needs to happen. You can ask from anywhere in the world.
Good to know
Many Bangkok condos only let contractors in during set hours and ask for a booking with juristic office. If you tell Pim the building name, the visit is arranged around those rules.
